Quote & deposit

Drawing approval
Once the deposit is in, a dimensioned drawing reaches you within 48 hours. Change anything you like — we redraw until it is exactly right, and only then does cutting begin.

Eight to fourteen weeks on the bench, depending on size and complexity. You approve photos and a video of the finished piece before it is crated and shipped insured.

What you can change.
Dimensions
Any size the slab allows. Wider vanity, lower coffee table, a basin for an awkward alcove — measure first, we confirm feasibility.
Stone
Fourteen natural stones, from quiet Crema Marfil to dramatic Calacatta Viola. Browse the shop by material to see each one in finished pieces.
Form
Vessel or pedestal basin, round or organic-egg tabletop, plinth or console — most silhouettes in the shop can be re-drawn to your spec.
Finish & edge
Polished or honed, straight or bullnosed edge, drain slot and faucet hole placement — the small decisions that make a piece yours.
No two slabs share a vein. The piece you approve in photos is the piece that arrives — but its stone will never be repeated, for you or for anyone else.
Tone, pattern and movement vary from slab to slab. This is the nature of quarried stone, not a flaw — and it is why every bespoke order is confirmed visually before it ships.
Before you write.
Is there a minimum order for bespoke work?
No — a single piece is fine. Most bespoke orders are one vanity or one table for one room.
Can you match stone I already have?
Usually, yes. Send clear photos in daylight and the name of the stone if you know it; we will confirm whether we can source a close match from the same quarries.
Can I change my mind after paying?
Until the drawing is approved, everything is adjustable and the deposit is refundable less any work done. After approval the piece is cut to your specification and can no longer be changed — which is exactly why we confirm every dimension in writing first.
How is a bespoke piece shipped?
The same way as everything we make: foam-crated, corner-protected and fully insured with DHL, with tracking from our workshop door to yours.
